WARRANTY POLICY

One-Year Limited Warranty Policy for Oral Irrigator

1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the oral irrigator for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized retailers and used under normal household conditions.

 

2. Warranty Services
If the product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, the manufacturer will, at its discretion:

Repair the product using new or refurbished parts,

Replace the product with an equivalent model,

Refund the purchase price if no repair or replacement is available.

 

3. Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper handling.

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to nozzle deterioration and battery life reduction.

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Damage due to accidents, water immersion beyond the intended use, or improper voltage supply.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or used for commercial purposes.

 

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service
To claim warranty service, the customer must:

Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

5. Limitations of Liability
