How to Claim:

1. Contact us at support@janqi.co.za with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2. Our team will assist you immediately and arrange a quick repair or replacement.

3. Once approved, your replacement or repaired unit will be dispatched within 48 hours.

 

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or unauthorized repairs

• Normal wear and tear

• Consumable accessories like brush heads or nozzles
